2.  Phone (4) on KP's Keypad
3.  PGM on KP's Keypad
4.  Engage Talk Key on KP Panel for that TIF
5.  Dial using KP's Keypad

To Disengage Line
1.  Phone (4)
2.  CLR
3.  Press Talk on TIF's KP Panel Key
