ftp to the vips IP address such as below. When it ask for user and password word simply hit enter as there is none. For the "put" command
simply type "put " with the space after it and drag and drop the upgrade firmware into the window as it will populate the location. It should
look like the below example. When the file is sending you will ######## thats how you know. If you forget to type hash you will 
see blank but it will still send
