So, you need to add the loudness-logger-1.0.3-RC-1.jar located here:

ftp://ftpsupport:9u54cvdn@ftp.miranda.com/DENSITE_PURPLE_PRODUCTS_FIRMWARES/Firmware_Not_Installing/

For iControl appserver version 5 and above:

/usr/local/iControl/lib/plugins

Using WinSCP.

You will need to restart iControl Navigator to get it to recognize the new jar.

And on iControl v6:

C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\JWrapper-iControlSolo\JWrapper-iControlSolo-00026642864-complete\bundles

Restart iControl Solo after copying the new jar.

This fix is for EAP, AMX, ADX and any other non-installable new firmware!
