This 691.6 patch release corrects for problems while editing DPM effects.

  Problems were discovered with new RoHS version Kayak DD switchers running
  version 692 and 693 software. After a Frame power cycle they may loose some
  of their RAM memory data. It is recommended that customers experiencing these
  memory power cycle issues stay at this 691.6 build until we correct the problem.
