ZODIAK SOFTWARE PATCH RELEASE v3.1.1.5

The ZODIAK 3.1.1.5 Software Release is an interim release intended to 
address the following problems. 

3.1.1.5 fixes the following problem:

	Report the amount of disk space used and total space on drive via Web page (CR46977).


3.1.1.4 fixes the following problem: 
	
	Some macro delgations would change source selection to far source
        only mode making some source selection and/or switcher appear unresponsive. (CR45985)
	Also removed some macro attachments for illegal button attachments.

It also contains the following new diagnostic capability:

Diagnostics Data File Transfer
A Grab SW Diag Data button has been added to the Status and Diagnostics
menu. This button provides a convenient method to save the current con-
figuration files (Eng Setup, User Prefs, Suite Prefs), E-MEM, Macro, and
also any frame software diagnostics data files that may exist (see Diagnostic
Data Collection below). If you need to contact Grass Valley for assistance
about any software problems, the engineering team will need these
files for efficient troubleshooting.

3.1.1.3 fixes the following problem:
	
	Doing an insert on the path messes up the first few keyframes.(CR44553, CR43517)


3.1.1.2 fixes the following problems:

	Transform Engine: In 625 mode, some board combination can have a
      partial line of missing video. (CR42049, CR40778)

	After DPOPing wipes, parts of the wipe menu no longer work.(CR42728)

3.1.1.1 fixes the following problems:

	
	Serial Tally: Invalid source numbers, above 128, can be reported. (CR34234)

	Serial Tally: Switched Preview data does not show up in the serial tally
      data. (CR42600)

	Serial Tally: The input to the Still Store isn't always reported correctly
      if the source is Pgm A or Pgm B. (CR42622)

	Transform Engine / E-MEM: MOD ALL does not work for Rotate (CR42477)


While our testing has not identified any problems, this release has not been
fully tested in all configurations. Only customers experiencing these 
specific problems should install this release. 

No documentation other than this read-me text file accompanies this patch.

v3.1.1.5 is available as a download only.

have reliable internet access.

DOWNLOADING SOFTWARE

The 3.1.1.5CD.exe file is a self-extracting ZIP archive and is password protected.  A high speed 
(DSL or better) internet connection is recommended since the download is 
about 60 MB.

You will need a CD-R burner and software to create the ZODIAK install CD. 
The PC used for downloading and burning the install CD does not need to be 
connected to a ZODIAK system.

1-Download the ZIP archive to your computer hard drive.
2-Double-click on the file to extract the ZIP archive.
3-Expand the archive to an empty directory.
4-Burn the entire contents of that directory to a CD.
