1) Changed the version to be 2.3.
2) Added files to modify the FIS table during the application image update.
3) Added api_flash_read, api_flash_write, and api_flash_erase routines.
4) Changed the name FLASH_SECTOR to FLASH_SECTOR_SIZE.
5) Added diagnostics messages that get displayed on the diagnostics port when an error occurs.
