KP-Series Keypanel and PAP-5032 Boot Loader =========================================== New in version 1.4.2 (CRC = 63eb) -------------------- * Fixed possible issue in fail-safe handling Under certain conditions, the OMNEO module would not restore the fail-safe image when using the Firmware Upload Tool. Fixed. New in version 1.4.1 (CRC = 9ad1) -------------------- * Add support for downloading compressed RVON client images This version of the boot loader accepts compressed RVON client images for KP-Series and PAP-5032 clients (client type must match hardware type). Earlier boot loader versions would not accept compressed RVON client images. * Only accept compressed client images consistent with the Audio FPGA This version of the boot loader will not accept an RVON client image if the Audio FPGA is currently configured for OMNEO, nor vice-versa. Note: converting a panel from OMNEO to RVON or vice-versa must be done using the Firmware Upload Tool (FWUT) which updates the client code and Audio FPGA together. New in version 1.4.0 (CRC = e0cb) -------------------- * Add support for PAP-5032 panels. The boot loader now recognizes PAP-5032 client images as well as KP-Series client images. It will accept PAP-5032 client firmware as a download when running on PAP-5032 hardware, KP-Series client images on any other hardware and will accept either image type when running an expansion keypanel. New in version 1.3.1 (CRC = ec60) -------------------- * Version string now uses "PB" instead of "P" to identify Push Button panels (e.g. "KP-5032PB"). New in version 1.3.0 (CRC = 1a7e) -------------------- * Added support for DKP-3016 and Push Button keypanels One version of firmware works across the board for all KP-Series keypanels. New in version 1.2.3 (CRC = 29c2) -------------------- * Fixed audio distortion problem In some instances, a panel reset (such as after downloading new firmware) could result in audio distortion. The distortion would only ever affect audio from the front or rear panel mics - it would not affect audio from a headset mic. (Cycling the power to the panel would always correct any audio problems.) Fixed. New in version 1.2.0 (CRC = 567e) -------------------- * Support "soft resets" If the client code reboots after a firmware download or a configuration change (e.g. changing the displayed alpha size), it will now perform a "soft reset". When a soft reset occurs, the internal Ethernet switch (which the optical and RJ-45 ports connect to) is not reset. Thus, if there are any downstream Ethernet devices daisy-chained through the keypanel, Ethernet communications for those devices is not disrupted. * Fixed FWUT download issues Trying to update the keypanel firmware via the FWUT would sometimes fail, in one of two ways: The download would never start, or the keypanel would fail to reboot once the download was complete. Fixed. New in version 1.1.0 (CRC = 2337) -------------------- * Fixed handling of fail-safe active signal from Audinate FPGA New in version 1.0.2 (CRC = 0c50) -------------------- * Initial release
