Modified the sorting method in an attempt to fix stability problems on large frames. Implemented change in the port alpha messages in which the 2nd byte will no longer indicate input or output alpha.

Fixed a problem in the Katakana version that was causing the wrong characters to be diplayed if their ascii value was over 0x80 (as are all the Katakana characters).

Under some circumstances the blank entry in a scroll list (used to clear an assignment) was not showing up. This version fixes that problem.

Note 1.) The "K" versions implements katakana characters.

Note 2.) The "B" versions are for the new controller boards.
