BZPS8001-V160.zip is a zip file containing a Windows PC SETUP file.  
Please extract the files to a temp folder and run setup8001.exe

VERY IMPORTANT Before you install this upgrade:

* If you have an older version of System Manager already installed
Please uninstall it first.  Then run Setup8001.exer to install the 
new version.
