The English information for  the  ARIB  STD-B28  Multiformat
Color Bars Signal Library is not available in this version.

ARIB Multiformat Color Bar signal is used in Japan. The same
type of the color bar signal  is  specified by SMPTE RP-219.
The information and DNL files for the SMPTE RP-219 color bar
signal are in the SMPTE_CDROM directory in this CD-ROM.
