Button Function List (viewed when in panel configuration)

When any panel editor is open, these windows list all source and destination devices that can be assigned to the appropriate buttons on the panel. In addition, UCP panels have the ability to assign a different function to individual buttons (other than the default). For these editors, a third window is provided with a list of valid functions.
