[FEATURES]
1.      Support for Data_Router as normal 400 router for mx readback purposes
2.      Support for MXLator as a normal 400 router types for mx readback
        purposes.  Requires mxlator config be modified so that mxreadback
        is set to a number > that set for max mxoutputs in the sc4.

[BUG FIXES]
1.      sc4config, modified to fix a problem updating the NMS name.  It used
        to take the data directly from NVRAM.  This is a problem if it's been
        defaulted.  Now we move it to a local var so we don't over run things.
        NOTE:   Without this change upgrades from v1.x to v2.x could crash 
                as the sc4 name is not set in NVRAM...
